Apple has had a busy time delivering new products in its line-up following yesterday's iPad reveal, but the trillion-dollar company has just released an updated iMac to its roster too.
During its device showcase in Cupertino, California today (March 19), Apple revealed an update to its desktop computer to make it twice as powerful as before.
The iMac was already designed for those who require serious power, and the previous iterations were well known for their ability to manage memory-intensive tasks with ease.
But this new model, with the potential to get an 8-core Intel processor (9th Gen), a massive Retina display and more storage space, could just be its best version yet.

There are two options that you'll be able to go for – the 21.5-inch and the 27-inch iMacs.
The 21-inch version will have the 8th generation quad-core processor, though that's no slouch in computer terms. Apple claims it will be 60% faster than the previous models. Impressive...
It will have a Radeon Pro Vega graphics card to boost graphic performance by 80% and a gorgeous Retina display that will be capable of 4K broadcasting from more than 14.7 million pixels.
It also looked super slim and neat, which is a staple part of the iMac's allure.
You can order the new iMac right now from the official Apple website, and this particular model (4K Retina) will set you back £1,249.
The non-Retina version is available for £1,049.

The bigger version that Apple announced is the 27-inch model.
This version will have the 9th Gen 8-core processor which will have double the power and speed and looks very impressive.
It will also have the 5K capabilities through its Retina display, though there is currently no 5K content for you to watch.
The 27-inch version is available from Apple.com for £1,749.
